I have had a wonderful time living at 301 S Livingston St, however will be moving to a different part of the country due to a job opportunity. As such, I would like to sublet my apartment for the remainder of the lease. I would like to "hire" CMI to find a subletter.

I am putting 3/23 as my move out-date, however there is some flexibility here. If earlier is better, let me know and I'll see what I can do.

301 S Livingston is a prime location right off of Williamson Street, steps from concert venues, cafes, restaurants, and a short walk to the capitol. Directly on the bike path and well connected to the bus lines. Management is timely and responsive. I have loved living here!

Amenities include: Balcony, lots of kitchen cabinets and breakfast bar, AC unit, dishwasher, laundry on the same floor, and optional underground heated parking.

Move in date 5/1/26. Lease ends 7/31/26 with the opportunity to renew for the year 8/1/26-7/31/27. Rent includes water, trash and internet. Electric is paid to MGE. Pets welcome for an additional fee and underground parking available for an additional $95/mo.

Williamson Place: 824 Williamson St

Looking for someone to take over our lease/re-rent our lovely apartment starting on August 1st until July 31st with the option to renew mid-year!

We live in 824 Williamson St, Apt 102, and have loved living here in the past year. Our unit has the best natural lighting at all times of the day and throughout the year. The living room is hardwood flooring, kitchen has tile, and the two bedrooms have nice carpeting. Large windows in each room let in all the gorgeous light.

The closets in each bedroom are generous, but the closet in the smaller bedroom is quite large and could truly be used as an office. We have loved living on Williamson St. In the summer, all the fun festivals are within walking distance. There are lots of fun restaurants nearby and a coffee shop right next door! You can see it from our window!

I love our kitchen. It's a good size and has plenty of cabinets and storage space.

There is a washer/dryer on the floor in addition to underground parking and outdoor parking. You can also street park. An outdoor spot is $80/month, indoor underground heated spot is $95.

The only bills we have to pay are electric, which comes out to around $40 a month (higher in the summer, approximately $70). Internet is $35 and water is $50 per person.

So at the end of each month, your payment, with everything included (excluding parking) should be $1885, which is a steal for this location. They are also dog and cat friendly. We love our neighbors and folks are typically younger professionals.

We have lived with CMI for three years and have loved it. The maintenance team are so quick to respond to maintenance requests, and they are some of the friendliest folks I've ever met. The folks in the office are also helpful and always help us out when we need it.
