Aug 19th 1301 Spring St 407 I am subletting my studio apartment for the Fall 2024 semester. This is a spacious private 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with a shared community kitchen on the floor. The unit comes with a microwave, fridge, and AC/heating unit. The apartment building is located on the bike path and close to Union South. There is bike and car parking available in the attached building parking lot. Move-in and move-out dates are flexible, but I am looking to sublet between August and January.
Aug 20th Baldwin Corners :: 320 S. Baldwin Street 107 Subletting the remainder of my lease on this lovely 1b1b apartment due to a move (lease goes through July 31, 2025). Move-in date can be discussed, but preference for August 20th due to my other lease starting on August 15th.

Internet, water, and trash fee is included in cost of Rent. Tenant pays utilities (gas and electric). 2 Indoor heated garage parking spots are optionally available for $175/month each.
